User data deletion
Atlas Agent (the “Service”) lets you connect third-party accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Slack, Discord, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Microsoft, Google, etc.) so an AI agent can act on your behalf. We store the access tokens and account identifiers we receive from those providers in our database, and we store the messages and metadata that flow through the agent for as long as your workspace is active.
How to request deletion
You can erase your data at any time using any of the methods below.
- Inside the app — sign in at https://atlas.ayonix.com → Settings → Account → Delete account. This removes your user, your workspace, every connected integration, every stored message, and every audit-log row from our database within 24 hours.
- Disconnect a single integration — Connectors → (provider) → Disconnect. This deletes only the credentials and metadata for that one provider; other data is unchanged.
- Email request — send a deletion request to privacy@ayonix.com from the email address associated with your account. We complete deletion within 30 days and email a confirmation.
- Facebook / Instagram users: when you remove Atlas from your Facebook account at facebook.com/settings → Business Integrations, Facebook calls our automated deletion endpoint and we immediately purge the credentials and connector state tied to your Facebook user ID. You can request a written confirmation via privacy@ayonix.com.
What gets deleted
- Your user account, profile, and tenant/workspace record.
- All OAuth tokens, refresh tokens, page tokens, and webhook secrets.
- All messages, call summaries, agent runs, and audit logs scoped to your workspace.
- All scheduled tasks, memory entries, and skills tied to your workspace.
What we cannot delete
- Logs Meta, Microsoft, Google, Slack, or any other upstream provider stores on their own systems — request deletion directly from them.
- Aggregate, anonymized usage metrics that no longer identify you.
